前段时间学习了高特的一款储能应用的BMS主动均衡采样板产品,这次再一起学习下他们的一款储能应用的BMS控制板产品,即ESBCM,它处于三层架构的中间位置,是每一个 电池 簇的 控制器。 这款产品具体如下图所示,产品尺寸大概为180mm*105mm*27mm,分为上下两部分壳体,上壳体为塑料材质、呈黑色,下壳体为铝壳; 连接器 都布置在一侧,对外有4个连接器。 正面如下图,产品全称为 电池管理 主控模块,但是英文标识为EVBCM-8133,看起来应该是用于 电动汽车 上,但它与储能的控制板是兼容设计,所以这里当成储能控制器来学习;上壳体贴有产品标签以及连接器定义,可以发现此产品是高压功能 电路.
