近日,青岛大学刘玉强教授、北京师范大学薄志山教授等人采用LBL逐层沉积制备体异质结BHJ结构的方式获得了一种新型的buried-BHJ活性层。 该结构可以保证给体和受体具有较大接触面积的同时形成垂直组分分布,从而有利于激子解离和电荷传输,当膜厚增加时该结构表现出更大的优势。 相关研究成果现已发表在国际顶级期刊《Advanced Materials》上,题为“Sequentially Processed Bulk-Heterojunction-Buried Structure for Efficient Organic Solar Cells with 500 nm Thickness”。.
