What is a seagull st3621?

This movement is often referred to as a “Chinese 6498” since it is based on the ETA 6498 framework and made in China. You may also see this movement referred to as a pocket watch movement.

What's the difference between a st3621 and a st3600?

There is a similar caliber ST3600 with the main difference being that the ST3621 has a small seconds subdial at 6:00 (like the ETA 6498), and the ST3600 has a small seconds subdial at 9:00 (like the ETA 6497). Both of the caliber numbers above reference this particular Seagull configuration.

Does a st3620 Ridge fit in a case?

3620 has a ridge, which is out of specs (over), and it doesn't go in a case. Possibly it is manufactured to be installed from top side. So I had to file the ridge to fit. Is the st3620 a direct copy of the ETA/Unitas?

Sub-dial at 6 o'clock. The ST3620 is the clear direct copy of the ETA/Unitas. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe the ST3600 is copying the Panerai modification of their 6497? Above, the ST3620 has a sub-secs at 6; the ST3600 has it at 9. However, I've also seen ST3600 with the sub-secs at 6, as below (pic from the web)
